Photography assignment in the Melbourne area for a story on the popularity of hot cross buns in Australia. Involved shooting on location at several bakeries, including Lune Croissanterie (hot cross cruffin) and Dench Bakers Wholesale (reportage-style moments of hot cross buns being produced).
