The packages below are a guide — we can tailor each shoot to focus on the dishes, drinks, and moments that matter most to your brand.

Packages assume menu items are prepared and plated by your chefs / bartenders, with light touch-ups from photographer if needed; food stylist available on request.

Please note a signed contract and 50% deposit are required to book your photoshoot.

Half-Day Food Photography

Best for key menu items / seasonal refresh

Price: $1,250

Duration: Up to 4 hours, including set up and pack down

Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation to discuss your goals, the look you want, technical requirements and shot list: 30 minutes

  • Lighting setup for consistent, appetising images

  • Styling based on props available at location, plus neutral surfaces available

  • Images displayed on a laptop as they are shot, so your team can review and approve shots in real time to ensure we capture the look you want

  • Proofs for you to select from (if necessary)

  • Post-production: colour correction + light retouching

  • Usage included: social media, web use (eg website, online menus, Google listings, press releases, email marketing), general marketing collateral

Number of menu items captured depends on complexity of visual presentation.

Sample scope: 8 menu items with light prop styling and 2 to 3 images per dish.

Sample deliverables: ~20 professionally edited images (standard turn-around 1 week)

Full-Day Food Photography

Price: $2,200

Duration: Up to 8 hours, including set up, 30 min break and pack down

Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation to discuss your goals, the look you want, technical requirements and shot list: 60 minutes

  • Lighting setup for consistent, appetising images

  • Styling based on props available at location, plus neutral surfaces available

  • Images displayed on a laptop as they are shot, so your team can review and approve shots in real time to ensure we capture the look you want

  • Proofs for you to select from (if necessary)

  • Post-production: colour correction + light retouching

  • Usage included: social media, web use (eg website, online menus, Google listings, press releases, email marketing), general marketing collateral
